Экономическая система, основу которой составляют разные формы собственности. Смешанная экономика - это рыночная система хозяйственной деятельности при активном участии государства. Одни товары и услуги производятся частными предприятиями, а другие (электроэнергия, почтовые услуги, водоснабжение) - государственными. В современном мире смешанная экономика характерна практически для всех экономически развитых стран, однако степень преобладания той или иной формы собственности может быть разной. См.
